Bat attack on city worker ‘intimidation’

Police have neither a suspect nor a motive, but a bizarre attack on a city employee outside the Outremont borough hall on Monday has led the head of Montreal’s official opposition to repeat her call for a public inquiry into allegations of corruption in the construction industry and the awarding of city contracts.
