Street gang case suspended for alleged ‘bad faith’

Sentence arguments in the case of four men who pleaded guilty last month in a high profile case involving a street gang that operated out of western Montreal were suspended Monday morning after defence lawyers alleged the plea bargain was made in bad faith.
