Quebec’s largest nurses’ union rejects plea to return to table
Talks between the FIQ, representing 80% of Quebec nurses, have broken down and FIQ president Régine Laurent rejected Friday an appeal from Treasury Board President Monique Gagnon-Tremblay calling on the nurses’ union to return to the bargaining table. “We are in no hurry,” Laurent said Friday.
